These pages were first created in 1994, the early days of the World Wide Web. Initially, my students used the WebPages to share papers and essays with one another and to avoid copy costs. Soon, we discovered there really was a worldwide web as people from around the world began to use e-mail to comment on the website.
The person responsible for this site is Brett Silva, a social science teacher at Pleasant Valley High School in Chico, California.
